Late Fees
A $25 late fee will be applied to any dog over 10 minutes late. Unfortunately we are unable to accommodate any dogs over 20 minutes late and you will be contacted to reschedule your appointment for a later date.

Handling Fee - $5-$25
To ensure that every dog that comes in for grooming receives the specialized care they deserve, we will be applying a “Handling Fee” on dogs who display aggressive behavior during their grooming services. This fee will also apply to dogs who require 2 staff members or dogs that require an extended amount of time to ensure they have a positive experience and we can take our time with them!
